How it works
One photo, one story, and a book your child recognises themselves in. Here is the whole of it.
- 01
Pick a story
Ten books, each built around something a small child is working through — naming their own body, sharing a toy, a birthday, the fact that feelings have names. Every book lists the age it suits.
Choosing takes a minute. The story is already written and illustrated; what changes is who it is about.

- 02
Send one photo
A clear photo of your child's face, roughly facing the camera, in decent light. A normal phone photo works. No studio session, no questionnaire about their favourite colour, no account to set up first.
The shop is not open yet, so there is nowhere to send one today.

- 03
Read it together
Your child's real face is on every spread, in a scene painted around them. Their hair, their skin tone — recognisably them, in a world drawn to fit.
You get a high-resolution PDF to read on a screen or print at home. Hardcover is what we are asked for most, and it is what we work on next.

Why it looks like your child and not a cartoon
Most personalised books let you pick a skin tone and a hairstyle from a menu, then drop that avatar into the art. The result is a book about a child who vaguely resembles yours. We use the actual photo, so the face on the page is the face you know.
About the photo
There is nowhere to upload a photo yet, and we hold none. How photos are handled will be set out on the privacy page before that changes.

We are finishing the last of the books. Leave your email and you will hear on the day it opens.
